Day 2 of Steelers training camp. Are we worried about George Pickens already? Two blowups – big and small so far at camp and they’ve only been there for 48 hours. Do the Steelers and their fans have scar tissue with receivers? Are fans worried about George Pickens? MLB insider Dan Plesac joined the show. Dan started talking about Paul Skenes and said he is the most crafted rookie pitcher he has possibly ever seen. Dan talked about a few of the options the Pirates have as we get closer and closer to the trade deadline. He loves the idea of Jazz Chisholm in the lineup. Dan thinks the Pirates should realize that they have a legitimate chance. Dan said the Pirates are as good as any team around them. Should the Pirates take a real run at Brent Rooker? Dan reiterated that the Buccos are legitimately in this thing and should go for it while they can. Dan said if you can get in, get the hell in when talking about the postseason. He doesn’t think there is a better venue in baseball than PNC Park, especially for a playoff game.
