Best-selling author and Public Speaker Kathie Guttierrez is a Born again Christian and owns a faith-based business. She believes her mission in life is to get families back to the dinner table with Jesus. She was a single parent raising 3 kids when she decided to forgo family dinner so her children could participate in sports, dance and gymnastics believing these activities would give them the better life. Instead loosing that daily connection to her family and Jesus led her son to drugs and both he and his sister became teenage parents. She was a high school dropout who earned a earned a Master’s Degree in Special Education, was a teacher for 33 years, and developed a curriculum to help Special Needs students connect with their families and navigate the community safely. Kathie is now a passionate advocate for getting families back to the dinner table with Jesus no matter what it looks like. She loves working with Christian mothers and grandmothers raising their grandchildren to help them connect their families with Jesus at the dinner table no matter what it looks like. It is through this connection strong Christian families are built now and in future generations. As the Christian Cajun Queen of Cooking, she loves to share tips and recipes to bring the Sunday Dinner Spirit to everyday meals.
