When you’re booked out it means that you’re stuck in the place of trading hours for money - and you are the bottleneck in your business. If you don’t work, your business stops and you don’t get paid.
With this model - you can never take time off, and it’s really really hard to step back from the day to day to work ON your business, so that you can change things.
