The Pasefika Movie Starter Kit sprints across the haunted Dead Lands of Aotearoa in pursuit of a Warrior (or Monster?) that can help avenge our tribe's untimely destruction. Hongi, a 16-year old son of a late Māori Chieftain, must search out the fabled Warrior of the disappeared Dead Tribe to assist him in tracking down a war-hungry rival prince and his murderous crew. The Warrior is seen as part-ghost, part-demon who is feared by all. As they travel along, he teaches Hongi how to fight and avenge those he's lost, while Hongi helps The Warrior throw off the curse that has kept him tied to the lands after his fall from grace.
