The first story is about a group of individuals in British Columbia who were inspired by the movie 'Pay It Forward' and started a 'Pay It Forward' chapter in their community. They perform acts of kindness and have grown a strong community of over 3,000 members. The second story is about Nancy Bates, a singer-songwriter in Australia who runs a women's program in a women's prison, teaching them how to play the ukulele. The program has inspired the women to change their lives and build a strong community.
