Why do most businesses have cash flow problems? I want you to think about something just for a few seconds. Why did you go into business to begin with? Really? Was it because you want to work in your genius zone, you want to make a difference in the world, you want to feel proud of yourself or contributing to your family. You want freedom time or financial freedom. You want to just enjoy your life and be present with them and your business is going to give you the flexibility to do so. Whatever the reason is, maybe it's all of those things, right? Knowing your why is important and that's why you got started in the first place, but that's not enough to keep you on business, to get the cashflow to keep coming in. So what is now, this is something that I learned in my own business building journey and when I first got started, this is something that I struggled with and quite honestly, most of my clients that I've worked with have had struggled with these two things too.
And it really boils down to two things, and it's not the lack of knowledge because there's a million articles out there on how to build the business, right? Marketing and for Sales Info, we social media and phone, all the things you need to know about building a business. You can get that on Google or YouTube or anywhere else.
