Don't get me wrong, I still use my J.K. Adams 19" x 2" Maple Wood Rolling Dowel for pies, biscuits and chasing away bears (not really, I have a cowbell for that), but the Precision Rolling Pin is now the fav for making cookies. The cookie dough is the perfect thickness every time no matter how hard I push down when I roll it out.
