Imposter syndrome can be crippling and our beliefs about ourselves, unconscious or conscious, shape the person we become. The imposter experience is something that will always come up, but there are healthy ways we can create a relationship with it and choose a different path. In this episode, I’m going over how the imposter reveals itself in life and the intentional actions to realign ourselves to our greatest power.
