Chui Chui Tan is a culturalisation strategy expert with more than 15 years helping companies such as Spotify, Netflix, SEEK and Asana enter new international markets. She also recently published her book Research for Global Growth: Strategies and guidelines for cross-cultural insights. In this episode, together with Chui Chui, we dive into the role that culturalisation plays in expanding products to new markets in Asia, through the lens of product management.
