In this week's episode of The Property Rebel: We present to you, TALES OF THE TRIBE! Meet George Ball. George joined the EPT in February 2021 and has had a phenomenal year. George was already involved in property development, which included brokering land deals and dealing with land assembly. George found that his business needed a cash flow strategy for further business growth. Within 12 months, George found his niche where: - He was finding REPOSSESSION properties all over the country at REAL Below Market Values, - Starting building a high-end HMO portfolio, - Now starting to build a Rent 2 Rent portfolio! With his repossession deals alone, George has made the best part of £50,000 and I can only imagine that this will increase within the next 12 months. George is also aiming to build a HMO portfolio which will generate circa £100,000 per annum!
