To wrap up 2021, I wanted to reflect on some of the things we have learned this year. So I asked some of the women who you’ve heard from on The Purpose Effect to share their lessons and what they are bringing forward into 2022.
These ‘pandemic years’ have been full of disruption, change and have been deeply unsettling. But it has also made us more resilient. We have learned to slow down. To lean into uncertainty and to trust ourselves.

In a 'full circle' moment, I sit down with Kylie Denis in her new yoga space and learn about how the last two years have allowed her to build a more resilient business and a more exciting product.
