The mind is a powerful thing. Your experience of life is determined by your thoughts, whether it’s experiencing burnout, gratitude, or your relationship with money, it all stems from your thoughts. So how are your thoughts making you experience life?

In this episode I talk to Steve Ware, a mindfulness trainer who supports businesses to optimise their employee wellbeing and reduce burnout. Steve has been through burnout himself after an upbringing that saw him win at everything in life. So it came as a shock.

Steve reveals how he got out of burnout and why it is important to sit with our feelings and how we can learn to observe our thoughts. He also shares his thoughts on gratitude and how he now sees his experiences with burnout and losing his job with IBM as a gift.
