The term ESG was first coined in 2005 in a landmark study entitled “Who Cares Wins”, the report built the first argument for sustainability beyond financial metrics to be part of corporate performance measurement. Cuma Dube a sustainability consultant joins me to explain what ESG is and why we need to pay attention to it.
