Liz has been running her successful life coaching business for six years, firstly in the UK and now from her home in Germany where she lives with her wife and their five year old son. We talk about the challenges of moving from a corporate career to working for yourself, deciding on your niche, ideal clients, the importance of networks and focusing on what you’re good at. We also dig into why healthy boundaries matter so much, freedom as core value (how many of us have that one?!) and looking after your wellbeing whilst at the same time uplevelling your business.
