Lizzi Cutler, a healing arts trainer who focuses on the mind, body, and spirit is our guest this week. Lizzi is passionate about helping to destigmatize and release shame/judgment around sexuality so women can thrive. She considers herself a SEXPERT and we suspect she is really on to something. Misty and Maggie had the chance to hang out with Lizzi and, in the process, we had a really raw conversation about women, orgasms, and why they matter. It has nothing to do with vulgarity and little to do with sex. In fact, as this season continues to unfold we are once again witnessing an unraveling of the invisible oppressions (and misconceptions) ingrained into us, as women.
