So I really liked "Don't Look Up" and after watching it I wanted to revisit "Deep Impact" again to see how the two compare. So I ramble on a bit about how differently the two movies treat the characters who discovered the comet, the Government response to finding out an Extinction Level Event is happening, and their poking fun of the "both sides-ism" we find in political debates at the moment.
