The City of Grand Rapids expanding efforts to improve curbside recycling. Kent County Health Department awarded extra COVID-19 vaccines by state for vaccine equity pilot project. New “Women’s Way” downtown mural to feature local Latinx leader Maurilia Ortiz Blakely. The Rapidian encourages local residents to share their own stories related to civic, economic, and public health developments in the Grand Rapids area on The Rapidian’s platform.
