In this podcast, I discuss how you can avoid taking responsibility for other people's feelings and live an assertive life. This is not to say you will intentionally aim to make insensitive remarks to others, but it does mean that you are able to assert yourself in matters that are important without fear of hurting another person's feelings. Rational Emotive Behavior Therapy is a philosophy and psychotherapy that liberates you to be self-directed and take responsibility for your feelings, behaviors, and life. Give a listen and learn!
