Welcome back everyone to “The Really REAL Real Estate Podcast!” It is the start of June – school is almost out, summer is right around the corner, vacations are on the horizon, and that can only mean one thing…it’s time to start thinking about winter! I’m kidding, but not really! Today, we are going to be talking about why June is the perfect time to be thinking about downsizing, especially if you want to be out of your current home before the next winter arrives!
