Born into poverty, Shawn Prez - Former Vice President of Bad Boy Records, Founder and CEO of PowerMoves Inc. and the Global Spin Awards, always had it in mind that this wasn’t how his story was going to end. Passionate about working in the music industry and with an insatiable hunger to succeed, Prez took internship after internship for over 5 years.
Finally, just as he was ready to give up, Prez successfully landed a role as an intern just as Sean "Diddy" Combs started Bad Boy Records, which led him to work his way up successfully becoming Vice President to working with numerous reputable brands from HBO, Viacom, Estée Lauder, Virgin Records to CNN.
