Throughout episode 77, Brandon and the guys discuss some of the ways to identify someone who is fighting with mental health as well as how to walk with someone who is in the midst of it. He shares about how important it is to talk about it with friends, family and most importantly, a professional such as a counselor or therapist.
Brandon is an incredible human being who is not shy to share his story of fighting anxiety and depression. He goes deep into his powerful, overcoming story and shares how he uses his faith, music and relationships to keep him on the right track.
