In this episode, we sit down for a quick rundown of two agenda items on the upcoming October 5th meeting. As we saw back in July, this will be another crucial meeting to furthering the notion of change for the better in our redfish fishery. We touch on the menhaden industry as that is a topic coming up as one of the agenda items, as well as go over the long list of reasons to support this NOI and LDWF in this matter while also touching on the short list of opposition claims and why some of them will not hold up in the upcoming meeting. We also wanted to remind everyone about the upcoming comment period that is coming to an end so hurry up and get your comments in to jadriance@wlf.la.gov. Shane takes one of the topics personally and tells us how he was quite literally born in the waters of Port Sulpher while Dave tells us about his love for math and how some peoples math just aint mathin.
