These are the exact steps I'd take if I lost everything and had to start over. By understanding this action list I have the confidence in knowing that I could build a revenue generating business fairly quickly.

Real Estate Investing Blueprint

1. Get a job

2. Reduce expenses

3. Buy bandit signs

4. Wholesale

5. Buy a fixer upper and homestead

6. Invest in a website

7. Go directly to Adwords

8. Close more deals

9. Take the money from deals and invest in SEO

10. In 2.5 years sell my residence and reinvest part of the money into another homestead

11. Become a private lender

12. Buy commercial property = cash flow your way out of having to work a W2 job
