This Episode highlights for the listener the struggle of not being fully healed before jumping into another Relationship. The person that enters new Relationships can hurt their new mate. The new mate may not even understand what has happened to you in your former Relationship that has caused so much damage to you. I’m not saying that the victim will never recover, however, there needs to be some time of healing from their brokenness. Tony shows us the 4 causes to carrying Emotional Baggage into New Relationships. Once we know how to deal with a person we are able to flow through certain actions especially if professional help has been sought!
Here is the list of the Causes of Emotional Baggage:
1. Guilt From Previous Relationships
2. Toxic Relationships
3. Rape or Molestation
4. Poor Parental Relationships
National Domestic Violence Hotline: 1-800-799-7233
