Welcome to ‘The Resilient Entrepreneur’ podcast where every month, author and speaker, Dhruti Shah shares a new story of an entrepreneur who has proven to be unstoppable by staying resilient. Success stories are great to keep you motivated, but true learning happens when you fail, stumble, reflect, and rise. If you listen closely, you will hear the entrepreneurs reflect and who knows, you may experience some lightbulb moments yourself.

And guess what? This is the season finale for our Season 1 featuring India-based entrepreneurs. Next month, we go into a new season of ‘The Resilient Entrepreneur’ podcast!

For our season finale, our guest is someone whose journey towards becoming an entrepreneur and a venture capitalist is nothing short of truly inspiring. He is Devendra Agrawal, the Founder of Dexter Capital & Dexter Ventures, a boutique investment bank. He is also the Co-Founder at InstaOffice, one of India's leading coworking brands, with presence across Delhi, Gurgaon, Noida, Bangalore, Gandhinagar and Hyderabad.

Deeply passionate about Investments and Entrepreneurship, Devendra founded Dexter in early 2013 with a mission to help entrepreneurs scale up smoothly by simplifying investor search, term sheet negotiation and the overall fund raise process. Before Dexter, he served as the CFO of Resonance, a leading education company and led the whole process to raise private equity funding of Rs 100 Cr from a choice of marquee investor groups. He has also worked with a private equity firm, Olympus Capital as an investment professional.

Devendra is an IIT Bombay alumnus. Hit play to hear his story from the man himself!

And tune back in next month to find out what the new season will be all about.
