Monica Milano is a yoga teacher specializing in yin yoga and gentle movement. She has been teaching yoga since 2014 and has been practicing for nearly two decades. Monica has trained in yin, hatha, vinyasa, restorative, prenatal and more, and continues to study yin yoga and somatic meditation extensively with Sally Miller. She is passionate about studying the history and philosophy of yoga and actively works to ensure that the practice she offers is respectful of all participants and of the source culture. Monica offers weekly yin yoga classes online through the Amate Society Collective, a group of individual teachers working together to offer accessible, inclusive wellness classes
