Sally Miller (www.sallymilleryoga.com) is a RYT 500 Yin Yoga Teacher and Ayurvedic. She is especially passionate about integrating and educating folks on the the Meridians as it relates to Chinese Medicine and Yin Yoga. Sally is greatly influenced by one of the godmothers of modern Yin Yoga, Sarah Powers (www.sarahpowers.com) and author of the Insight Yoga Book. In this episode we discuss:
