Does this sound familiar? “I don't have the time to go and find someone to help me,” or, “I don't have the money to be able to pay someone to help me.” Before you hit your solopreneur limit, you need to understand what it means to shift from being a doer, to being a leader.

But here’s the thing – the right hire will actually save you more time, AND make you more money. All you have to do is give up a little bit of control.
