In todays episode of The Roadmap to Success Podcast I talk about why I love to fail and why it is important to embrace failure because it gives us the opportunity to learn and grow to get us closer to reaching our full potential. Humans were designed to learn from failure but in reality the school system has taught us that failure is bad. We need to change our mindset and stop avoiding failure. People who avoid failure, avoid success.
