In this week's episode, Eric and Justin discuss the relationship between lyrics and music. This relationship is what can cause a disconnect between students and directors. Simply because of a lack of knowledge or willingness to check out the newest sound in music. Eric and Justin discuss the barrier that can be in our band hall and programs with specific ways to tear down this wall and create more lanes of connectivity and community in any program.
