Tina Anderson is the founder of Just Thrive, a company passionate about good health and giving people the ability to take control of their health.

In a past life, Tina was an attorney in the pharmaceutical industry. It was during this time that she saw first-hand how we are over-prescribing pharmaceuticals that never address the root cause of illness. Currently, 60% of Americans suffer from a chronic conditions and 40% of Americans have 2 or more chronic conditions. Tina and Sean have a fascinating conversation on big pharma, big food and our daily environment. Whether its food on our shelves banned in European countries, using your favorite "non-stick" pan loaded with forever chemicals or taking an anti-biotic that zaps your microbiome, we are being bombarded with things that are ailing us. Turns out we are ten times more bacterial cells than human cells and most bacteria are either good for us or benign. From producing GABA, serotonin and dopamine to having a two-way communication line to the neurotransmitters in our brain, having a healthy gut microbiota is crucial to our well being. Thankfully, Tina is here to walk us through how to recharge our health by starting with our gut and has a very special offer for you so you can Just Thrive!
