Ellie is a certified coach, consultant, advisor, and an Occupational Psychologist. She talks to Melody about some of her formative experiences of being underestimated because of her gender and age. This had a negative effect on her confidence, but also gave her determination to prove the individuals wrong.

We learn about how she became an entrepreneur, and solo female founder of an education and recruitment-tech business, and how for the first time she felt that she had 'arrived'.
