To start the 2019-2020 Academic Year, The Seneca Scene welcomed President Joyce P. Jacobsen to introduce them and discuss Hobart and William Smith Colleges as we begin the academic year. It is the first episode in this years’ series on the State of the Colleges. In the next few weeks we will also speak with William Smith Dean Lisa Kaenzig and Interim Hobart Dean Khuram Hussain. Wren Andrews introduces President Jacobsen providing a great get to know her. The two discuss the campus pulse from the Provost position and correlation to the Chief Office of Diversity and Inclusion position, student government meetings, sustainability and planning processes on campus.
