Janae Moss is a business owner, community leader, performance coach, and the power behind the success of numerous companies in Utah. Janae earned her Master’s in Sport and Performance Psychology, and has a B.S. in Integrated Studies, including leadership with an emphasis on organizational development and psychology. Janae (and her husband, Jon)purchased RBM Building Maintenance in 2004, and she has played a critical role in its growth from a small janitorial service to the largest privately-owned full-service building maintenance company in the state of Utah. Janae Moss focuses on strategy, and growth, as well as connecting businesses with communities to build relationships and foster growth. As well, Janae founded Humans Driving Change with her partner Barbara Leavitt, to encourage parents and individuals to develop their voice and learn to share it to create change in their family and community.
