Steven Sashen is the CEO and Co-Founder Of Xero Shoes, a barefoot shoe company with nearly $50 million in sales. He and his wife (Lena) turned down a $400,000 offer from Kevin O'Leary On Shark Tank. Steven is also a Masters All American Sprinter meaning he is one of the fast guys in American over the age of 60.
