What is the number one thing that is preventing you from scaling? I have another Instagram Live I recently did and this time, and to help me answer this question I brought on our head of systems, Katy Widrick. As you’ll hear, usually the number one thing that's preventing us from scaling is ourselves, and if I’m being completely honest, this is something that I know all too well.

Katy and I get to work not only inside of our company, but we get to see inside a lot of other businesses every single week. So in this episode, we wanted to have a very real conversation on how you can get out of your own way. As we say inside of our company Elevate, we have an entire team, and we got you.
