Current Situation
The Minnesota Timberwolves sit just one place above last in the NBA missing Karl Anthony-Towns, with a stack of underperforming talent on the roster, we are going to look at what went wrong, what is going wrong and where the disconnect lies within the organisation. If you are a Minnesota Timberwolves fan, we are looking at the situation through a different lens, this organisation is currently the worst situation in basketball and we are going to explain why and offer some remedies to the situation, things that Mac and myself may not even agree on. Welcome to: The Inbound with Mac & Josh We start at the top with Head Coach Ryan Saunders The son of the late Flip Saunders, a legendary former NBA Head Coach, Ryan is a native of the State of Minnesota and has been around the NBA in official roles for over 10 years. He started as an assistant with the Wizards (under his father) in 2009, working there until 2014. He was then brought over to the Timberwolves (again, under his father) in 2014 before his father’s unfortunate passing in 2015.
