The school year is quickly coming to an end. How are you planning to close out the school year with your teachers? This is such an important time to meet with your teachers, reflect on the year, and continue to build a strong connection with them.

Nita Creekmore is joining me in this episode to discuss how we like to close out the school year. We are sharing how we connect the questions and goals we discuss at the beginning of the year to our end of the year discussions, why we encourage our teachers to reflect on their year, and what simple and effective goals you can have teachers set for the summer so they can continue to improve their craft while prioritizing rest.
