The U.S. Supreme Court struck down what is known as the "Chevron deference" rule. This rule help the administrative state or the "deep" state explode in both size and interference in our lives, personal and business.
Many liberal scholars are scared of the Court's ruling. But this ruling will start, over time, to make the administrative state more accountable to Congress and less influential in our lives.
It does not, as some radicals claim, destroy rules like the Clean Water Act rules, or Clean Air rules, but will simply make them subject to judicial review.
