In this episode, we share our key learnings from a challenge set by our previous guest, Simone. She invited us to participate in a friendship audit, where we reflected on how we felt after interacting with different people.
One of the things we discovered, is that it’s important to take the time to consider how interactions with others in your life make you feel.
Additionally, it revealed to us that our connections are not static and will come and go to serve different purposes at different times in our lives.
One of our biggest takeaways was that it’s important to be aware of our own impact on others and show ourselves self-compassion in challenging times.
So, if you're curious to hear more about our experience doing the friendship audit challenge and the insights we gained, tune in to this episode!
Finally, we'd love to hear if you have completed Simone’s challenge. Please share your thoughts via email or connect with us on our social media channels.
