In this episode, we share our key learnings from a challenge set by our
previous guest, Csaba.
He invited us to participate in a Global DISC Assessment
and then debrief the results. One of the things we discovered is that despite having grown up in different countries, Lisa and I are very similar!
Completing a Global DISC Assessment is a great way to boost self-awareness
around your own habits, behaviours and values.
However, one of our biggest takeaways was that, once you understand
yourself it’s easier to appreciate and learn from others who think differently to
you.
So, if you're curious to hear more about our experience with participating in a
Global DISC Assessment and the insights we gained, tune in to this episode!
Finally, we'd love to hear if you have completed any similar assessments and
what you learned. So please share your thoughts via email or connect with us
on our social media channels.
