Santiago Mejia Rendón is a psychologist and a social communications expert from Colombia who is based in Mexico. Santiago is the Social Ecosystems Director at Ashoka Ashoka Mexico, Centroamerica y El Caribe. Ashoka is an international organisation which identifies and supports the world's leading social entrepreneurs, learns from the patterns in their innovations, and mobilizes a global community that embraces these new frameworks.
Jack and Santiago discuss the latest trends in the social entrepreneurship space, what ecosystems are needed to support changemakers to thrive and some of the biggest skill gaps in first time social entrepreneurs.
