Mathilda is a social entrepreneur that brings people and technology together to solve problems across the world, mostly in insurance and healthcare. In 2011, Mathilda co-founded Bima, an insurtech that providing health insurance to millions of people through their mobile.
Mathilda is now part of the founding team at Carbon Pool, who secured the largest Climate finance seed funding round in Europe in 2023 of USD 12,000,000.
Mathilda shares her motivation to become a social entrepreneur, her ability to adapt and embrace in a rapidly growing business and the importance of health and wellbeing as a social entrepreneur.
