Rúnahild once again joins the show to discuss her new album: “Of Darkness and Light”. Rúnahild is a very spiritual and talented musician. She shares about her recent autism diagnosis, which provided much of the inspiration for her current album, and discusses how she has expressed her journey of self-discovery within the album’s tracks. We also delve into how Rúnahild has explored all parts of her being, the dark and the light, within her music to heal herself and others.

You can check out Rúnahild’s new album on Spotify, iTunes, Bandcamp, YouTube, and Amazon.
