Matthew speaks to Professor Adam Layland, a director and clinician in the NHS in England and standards-maker. He was the international convenor of the ISO working group which developed ISO 7101. And is also Chair of the BSI committee on Healthcare Organization Management.

Adam describes what ISO 7101 is all about, why it’s been developed and who’s been involved. And also the benefits to healthcare organizations and to patients of the standard being used.
