Demi Pietchell talks to Dawn Lester about her journey of discovery that led to her co-authoring the book "What Really Makes You Ill," the physiology of trauma and its impact upon health, expanded consciousness, what really interconnects us all, and more.

Dawn Lester is a researcher and writer. She is the co-author of What Really Makes You Ill, published in December 2019, as well as 2 books published in 2010 under the pen-name NoR. Her current research is focused on various topics that assist her in deepening her understanding of life, which she believes involves learning how to integrate our understanding of true nature as Consciousness with living our lives as free and uniquely individual men and women. She also writes articles for her Substack, Dawn’s Writings.

Demi Pietchell is founder of The Starfire Codes and is the former executive producer of the Comcastro podcast. In addition to her work as an innovative producer, Demi Pietchell is an award-winning filmmaker with twenty years of experience in new media, metaphysics, and research. Pietchell attended New York University, receiving both a BFA in Film and Television and an MPS in Interactive Telecommunications (ITP) from Tisch School of the Arts.
