Laura Hiett has 19 years of teaching experience and currently teachers first-grade. She is passionate about building deep relationships with her students and spending time with them to build trust. She has moved from being rigid to having more of a growth mindset. Laura will share with us about how her students have started their own podcast and how she is taking chances this year.
