It is also there for us to reflect in gratitude upon when everything seems to be going along seamlessly. The songs shared in this episode are for those seasons in our lives spent in sorrow and/or in pure joy.
Taking a respite from the world can become the most peaceful and joyful part of your day! Curling up with your journal and learning how to sift through emotions and sort through feelings about memories that have been suppressed or left lingering in our subconscious awareness, is a beautiful talent to develop when cultivating an aptitude for joy and an attitude of inner peace.

Those things that seemed so vitally important yesterday --- may completely fall off the radar when you a spend more precious time in pondering "His Perfect Love" for you.
