I am joined by one of my listeners this week - Zena Everett. Zena is a leadership coach, author and public speaker and she helps people to project confidently at work. My job is to help people LOOK the part at work so our skills work well in tandem. We had an interesting discussion around:

- Using clothes as armour at work

- How our style evolves over the years as we transition through life

- Why you don't need to look like everyone else at work anymore

- The modern workwear minefield

- Plus we asked, can you be taken seriously at work if you wear stylish clothes (spoiler alert - YES of course you can)

We covered a lot - this episode is focussed on how to project yourself in the workplace from the point of view of a stylist and a leadership coach.

We also did a giveaway. Get a free copy of Zena's book if you follow us both on Instagram and DM each of us saying 'BOOK'
