What is a transaction engineer? How can you become one? What can you do when the bank refuses to lend you any more money?

In this episode, I speak to Real Investor Steve Warrene. Steve has been in the real estate business for 18 years and has been investing full-time for 5 years. If you’re wondering how investors learn and do different types of deals, this is a must listen for you. Steve started out taking loans from banks to buy houses and realised that once he had 4 properties no banks were willing to give him any more loans. So he had to get creative and he began his journey learning the techniques that would help him buy more houses with no money down. Today, Steve does anything from subject to to wholesaling depending on the seller’s situation.

Steve shares how he became a transaction engineer, where to find leads for both sellers and buyers, and the key things he looks for that will make a good deal.
